Canyon’s Edge Apartments is a 48-unit luxury residential development that redefines apartment living in Northwest Reno. Situated on a steep, downslope parcel adjacent to a ravine, this project presented significant design and construction challenges that BUILT. was ready to meet head-on.

Building on a Challenging Site

The infill site required precision planning from day one. Our Forward Planning and Preconstruction teams partnered closely with the developer from early concept through permitting, tackling complex grading, drainage, and earth retention issues. These efforts unlocked the site’s full potential, making it possible to maximize usability without compromising safety or design.
