Mayberry Gardens is a thoughtfully designed Class A office campus located in Northwest Reno. Positioned on a 3.75-acre site and surrounded by 30 acres of open space, this development blends modern function with historical character.
Anchored by two original structures from the historic Caughlin Ranch, the site has been expanded with five new buildings that complement the architectural heritage of the property. The result is a uniquely balanced environment that honors the past while serving today’s professional and medical tenants.

Located on a half-acre infill site in the heart of Downtown Reno, The Eddy is a standout example of creative urban development. Completed in just four months using Lean Construction practices, this project reimagines what’s possible with thoughtful design and efficient execution. Developed by Kurt Stitser as part of the ReImagine Reno initiative, The Eddy brings new energy to the Riverwalk District. Built from repurposed shipping containers, the venue emphasizes sustainability, durability, and a modern industrial aesthetic. The site includes three full-service bars with walk-in refrigeration and a standalone pizza restaurant. Thanks to low-maintenance materials and smart design, The Eddy continues to operate as Reno’s highest-performing bar, delivering both long-term value and community impact.
Pinon Bottle is a minimalist bar concept that proves great design doesn't have to come with a big price tag. Built with simplicity, creativity, and collaboration at its core, this project transformed a modest budget into one of Reno’s most beloved gathering spots. By using reclaimed equipment, cost-conscious materials, and allowing the owners to self-perform portions of the work, we created a space that feels intentional and authentic. The result is a warm, understated environment that invites people in and stands out by doing more with less. This project is a testament to what can be achieved when good design, open communication, and shared vision come together.
Noble Pie Parlor is a tenant improvement project located in the heart of MidTown Reno. Built within a renovated structure, this restaurant was part of a larger adaptive reuse effort to breathe new life into an existing building.
The space includes a full-service commercial kitchen, a custom bar, and structural modifications to the building shell to support a seamless indoor and outdoor dining experience. Designed for both function and atmosphere, the project showcases BUILT.’s ability to deliver complex improvements within the constraints of an existing structure.

Pure Tonic Dispensary is a 4,800-square-foot tenant improvement project located within the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. Unlike traditional retail buildouts, this facility required compliance with strict state regulations for marijuana establishments.
The project included the integration of design-build security systems, a reinforced vault, and advanced surveillance and tracking infrastructure. These systems were designed to provide real-time reporting capabilities to the State of Nevada and meet all regulatory standards.
BUILT. delivered the project on time and 10 percent under budget, allowing the client to meet critical opening dates with confidence and success.

Canyon’s Edge Apartments is a 48-unit luxury residential development located on a challenging infill site in Northwest Reno. The project includes two three-story apartment buildings and two eight-bay garage structures, all designed to maximize usability on a steep, downslope parcel adjacent to a ravine.
BUILT.'s Forward Planning and Preconstruction teams partnered closely with the developer from early concept through permitting. Together, we overcame complex grading, drainage, and earth retention challenges to unlock the site’s full potential.

Elements at ColdStream is a thoughtfully designed, 180-acre master-planned community located in the heart of Truckee, California. This mixed-use development blends residential living with integrated commercial and professional space to meet the region’s growing demand for housing and services.
The community includes 252 market-rate residences, 48 income-qualified housing units, and up to 30,000 square feet of future commercial space designed for retail, dining, and office use. BUILT. is currently completing the first phase of development: 45 townhomes across five distinct floor plans, featuring multiple elevations and a wide variety of high-quality finishes and upgrade options. In 2026, the Neighborhood Retail Center will begin construction, featuring a two-story building anchored by a full-service restaurant, complemented by additional food and beverage outlets and street-level retail. Full renovation and refresh of this 48-room boutique motel, transforming it into evo Hotel Tahoe City, a curated destination along the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Originally constructed to accommodate visitors during the 1960 Winter Olympics at Palisades Tahoe, the property has been reimagined for today’s outdoor lifestyle.
The remodel included upgraded guest rooms, custom finishes, and revitalized common areas that celebrate the character of the region. Inspired by snowboarder and Tahoe local Jeremy Jones, the hotel now features a bar and restaurant, gear rentals and demos, and a creative retail gallery tailored to mountain culture.
